La Condesa
La Condesa is an award-winning modern Mexican restaurant in the heart of downtown Austin. Helmed by Chef Rick Lopez, I worked closely with the team to highlight area farms and interior Mexican dishes through a fun and constantly evolving roster of experiences and events. One of the highlights of my career was hosting the SFC Chef Series, a ticketed multi-course dinner featuring local chefs benefiting the Sustainable Food Center, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting Austin's food system. I also helped keep Malverde, the restaurant’s upstairs private event space, booked with weddings, celebrations and the occasional SXSW showcase.
