ABOUT ME

I am a marketing professional by way of my original passion: journalism. My career started with having hundreds of conversations with strangers, learning about their personal experiences and sharing their stories. As a reporter, I felt like a bystander who merely observed the world from different viewpoints. Shifting to marketing enabled me to take an active role in my community, helping to create new traditions and memories.

I approach my work through the customer lens. I craft experiences and communications that are compelling while staying true to the brand’s vision and goals. I’ve also learned to love data, putting numbers behind efforts to refine strategy. I enjoy working with brands who care about quality in all aspects of the business and have a mission that aligns with my own—to create meaningful connections and enrich people’s lives.

When I’m not helping my clients meet their business goals through multi-channel marketing strategies and meaningful storytelling, I am hanging out at home with my husband and son, hiking, trying out a new restaurant or catching a movie at one of Portland’s indie cinemas.
